PRODUCING POLYURETHANE FOAM :

Polyurethane foam is produced by mixing two or more liquid chemicals at a precise weight ratio. The mixture is then poured in to a mould and closed. As a result of the chemicals reaction the volume increases until the mould is filled and the liquid inside the mould is trasformed in to a solid state. The pouring time is limited to the commencement of cream time and continuation of pouring after this time could affect the quality of the and product .

ISO FOAMING supplies a wide range of foaming machines as per requirements. Rigid system foaming machines are grouped under D series and flexible / cold cure are grouped under F series.

ISO FOAMING (D-Series)

 

Metering

 

Foaming  machines offer extremely accurate companent metering by means of positive displacement gear pumps driven by separate PMDC motors, which offers almost infinite variations in output and ratio control within the limits. Temperature controlled by large heat exchangers keeps the component viscosities and quality of foam produced constant.

 

D- 30 ( B)

 

Geared motor and gear pumps used in this model offer maximum accuracy in metering and ratio control. High torque PMDC Motors& Gear Boxes. Can process wide range of chemicals including highly viscouns chemicals. Universal boom, to reach the desired pouring position.

 

D- 30 ( WITHOUT MECHANİCAL BOOM)

 

This model is used where the machine is kept away from the work area or where the material has to travel more distance. This facilitates rigid piping. Also pipes are provided as per requirement.

 

ISO FOAMING ( F- SERIES)

 

These machines are fitted with metering gear pumps driven by geared motors, offers very high precision in both output and ratio control. Injection pressure is controlled by independent conical jets. Extended boom gives maximum maneuverability to reach a wide range of pouring positions.

 

 Models

Mixing Head :

ISO FOAMING supplies mixing heads for wide range of low- pressure machines. The double spool desing allows recycling opf the components and to open and close the component lines by a pneumatically operated cylinder valve.

In this design chemicals are mechanically separated till the injection port to prevent cross contamination . this hardened alloy steel mixing head is long lasting and needs very little or no maintenance.

 

Process Control :

The entire sequence can be preset and timer adjustable.

 

Storage Tanks :

Storage tanks are mild steel and have 30 to 250 liters

 

Washing :

The liquid and air washing of the mixing chamber are automatic and timer adjustable.

 

Water wash:

ISO FOAMING offers water wash units, whic can be connented to any low- pressure foaming machine equipped withn a dynamic mixer.
